I just came back from outside court on a 3.850 evidentiary hearing where I was able to vacate my sentences and convictions where I was serving life for a burg/battery. I now have a 25 year sentence with credit for ten years but I intend to challenge this sentence also. In short Mr. Rhoton your book and the Post Conviction Journal helped me more than you could ever know and I thank you for all you do in helping inmates in Florida’s prisons to attack those wrongful convictions…..
